How much is delivery?

Delivery is 100% free for all hampers across the UK - including Northern Ireland. If you are looking to order 10 or more hampers, we can offer a corporate discount—please contact us for details.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Due to the high volume of shipments during the festive season, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed in December. However, we will always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.

• Deliveries may take place a few days either side of your chosen date.
• You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day of dispatch.
• All orders placed before our cutoff date are guaranteed* to arrive in time for Christmas!

* Christmas Guarantee: A delivery attempt will be made to the recipient address in time for Christmas. If this doesn't happen, we will refund your delivery charges—no questions asked.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes! You can deliver to multiple different addresses and complete your entire order in one quick checkout transaction.

What time will it arrive, and what if they aren't home?

Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

On the morning of dispatch, DPD will send you a tracking email/SMS containing a 1-hour delivery window. This message includes a "Show My Options" button, which allows you to give DPD 'in-flight' instructions if the recipient won't be home. You can instruct them to:

• Leave the parcel with a specific (or any) neighbour
• Leave it in a safe place (e.g., in a porch or behind a side gate)
• Take the parcel to a local Pickup Shop for collection
• Change the delivery date entirely

Note: Please check your junk/spam folders for tracking emails from yourdelivery@dpd.co.uk or yourorder@dpd.com and add them to your safe list.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the EU, the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses, or BFPO addresses.
