While we rely on a premium 24hr service, please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. Deliveries to some remote UK areas and UK Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 days.

The gift tower that I sent to my Mother as a birthday treat arrived on her birthday as promised and she was bowled over. In fact she thought the courier had made a mistake and it was meant for somebody else so it also achieved the goal as being a very nice surprise.
